Carving Pumpkins

The second week after Levi was born Aunt Brandi came from NC to visit. While she was here we carved the pumpkins from Pigeon Roost Farm.

On the weekend after Levi was born Brian took Jack to Pigeon Roost Farm with Uncle Isaac, Pop-paw, and Umpaw. They had nice weather and fun was had by all.

What happens when you send your 4 year old with 4 other men?... They buy him a wooden sword!

Jack's Birthday Party

Since Levi arrived on a weekend we celebrated Jack's birthday the following weekend while Brian's parents were here. I made him a spaceship cake because he has been so fascinated with space since our VBS this summer.

Random Picture Update

It is hard to believe Levi just turned a month old on Monday. He is already up to 11lbs 110z and 22.5 inches. His siblings didn't weigh that much until their two month birthdays! As you can imagine I am finding it harder to update the blog these days...or shower on a regular basis for that matter!

This was Jack and Kayla's first chance to hold baby Levi. Most days they like their little brother although they both want to know why he sleeps and eats so much!

Aunt Brandi took these photos when she came for a visit last week. The bear was actually a gift from Aunt Dana and Kayla insisted that it needed to be next to Levi while he was sleeping. She was just looking out for her little brother! :)
