Merry Christmas from the Snyders

Right before Thanksgiving we had our pictures taken at Target. My main goal was to get a good family picture. But as you can see three of the four of us look great. Jack was afraid of the photographer. She had pink hair, and if I was two I might be a bit alarmed by that as well! We did end up getting some cute photos of the two of them. Maybe we will try again for a family photo at Kayla's one year pictures.

Peek - A - Boo

If you ever want to get Kayla to giggle, just play peek-a-boo with her. Her favorite part is when you say "boo"!

Kayla is 8 months

It is hard to believe our Kayla girl is 8 months old already. She is growing up way to fast! On Tuesday, the day she actually turned 8 months, I went to get her up from her morning nap and found her standing in her crib. And boy was she proud of herself. She has also learned to play peek-a-boo, and instantly giggles as she peeks over her blanket to spy at you. Often she is playing in the living room while I am feeding Jack at the table or washing dishes, etc. I will call to her "Kay-la-la-la", and Jack will mock me and say "baby....la, la, la". There are times he will call her Kayla, but for the most part she is just "baby" to Jack.
